WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING/SHIPPING POLICY?

- LashStrips Club ships via Canada Post. All packages can be tracked VIA canadapost.ca

If you live in the USA you can track through Canadapost.ca or USPS

-Processing  time is 1-2 days and could take up to 7 days if high volume of orders. If ordering from USA: shipping is 5-12 business days,

Canada: less than 9 days excluding rural provinces, Other countries may take up to 12 days.

others: Other countries outside of North America may experience longer delivery times. Also note if you choose the cheapest delivery fee, Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers and this is out of our control. 

****PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAY SEASON(OCTOBER TO JAN 6th), PROCESSING TIMES FOR ALL ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING***

Please note shipping may be delayed by carrier so please see updates and track through the tracking number and carrier website. 

- We do not ship on weekends therefore weekend orders go out the next business day. All tracking numbers will be sent to the emails and/or numbers associated with your order. 

-In the case of higher volume days processing can take an extra business days. 

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT.. HELP!?

- Please contact your local post office with your tracking information, and/or call their carrier customer service number with tracking number and they should be able to help you out. Once your package is handed to the carrier company and you receive your tracking number and are able to track,  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

You can also let us know about the issue within 48 hours so we can contact the carrier as well but it is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to find more information as soon as possible. 

AN ITEM(S) IS MISSING OR WRONG ORDER , WHAT TO DO? 

If there is something wrong with your order, you have 48 hours from the date it was delivered to contact us. After 48 hours, unfortunately there is nothing we can do



In this event, we would be more than happy to help. Please make sure that the bag is not opened, tampered with or altered in anyway. The sticker on the package must not be taken off or altered in anyway. Secondly, you can then send us a picture of the package with the problem visible in the picture along with a description of what the issue is. Once we have gotten the pictures and description, we will contact you and provide a store credit.  Please note store credit is only given on the item and does not cover the shipping cost therefore customers are responsible for the shipping cost. 

If the package has been opened or altered or "thank you" sticker taken off, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. You have 24 hours to report the complaint from the day the item(s) were delivered.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

- Monday thru Friday from 10-6pm (EST). We are also available through our live chat system

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

- Please review your order before and decide before purchasing. After purchasing, you can only email to cancel your order only within 2 hours from purchase time because orders start getting processed and ready for shipping after that time. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

- Due to the intimacy of our products and COVID-19, we do not accept any returns on some purchases and are final and cannot be sent back to LashStrips Club. Under some circumstances, item(s) can be returned if defected for another product. 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?

Please note that all purchases are final exchanges or refunds cannot be possible after purchase. Store credit will be given on circumstances.Please note store credit is only given on the item and does not cover the shipping cost therefore customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
